Full-size charter buses bring reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage, WiFi, power outlets, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays — everything your group needs for a longer haul to Disneyland or a full day of stops across Orange County.

Get Fountain Valley Party Bus Rental Pricing
Pricing varies based on vehicle size, travel date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea of what it costs to rent a party bus in Fountain Valley and the surrounding area: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. These are example figures to give you a planning baseline, not locked-in quotes.
Keep in mind that peak periods — OC Fair season in July, prom weekends in late April and May, and Disneyland Resort holiday crowds in December — push pricing higher and tighten availability across all of Orange County. Booking several months out locks in better pricing and more vehicle selection. Compare Fountain Valley Party Buses Without the Phone Tag

Fountain Valley Party Bus Rentals for Every Occasion
Costamesapartybuscompany.com makes finding group transportation for any occasion straightforward. From airport runs to John Wayne Airport and concert nights at the Pacific Amphitheatre, to weddings, prom, OC Fair group trips, and corporate shuttles across the I-405 corridor — whatever brings your group together in or around Fountain Valley, there’s a bus ready for it. Call 657-228-5170 to get your group moving today!

Fountain Valley Airport Shuttles & Transportation
John Wayne Airport (SNA) is about 8 miles east of central Fountain Valley via the I-405 to MacArthur Boulevard — or a direct run down Warner Avenue east if you want to skip the freeway interchange. SNA handles roughly 10 million passengers annually across three terminals, and its compact curbside layout means buses can’t sit at the lower-level arrivals curb for long. Have your entire group through baggage claim with luggage assembled before calling for the bus — not after.
The full logistics are in the John Wayne Airport group transportation guide.
A Sprinter van or minibus works well for most SNA groups, with enough storage for carry-on and checked luggage without the overhead of a full-size motorcoach. For larger groups arriving in Fountain Valley for a corporate event or heading out to a departure at the Port of Long Beach, a 40- to 56-passenger charter bus with dedicated luggage bays handles everything in one coordinated trip. Call 657-228-5170 to set up your SNA group transfer.

Fountain Valley Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
The stretch between Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach is one of the better corridors in Orange County for a night out — craft beer stops along PCH, rooftop bars with views near the pier, and a dining and bar scene on Main Street that runs well into the evening. Starting the night in Fountain Valley with a pickup at someone’s house and rolling south down Brookhurst Street to the beach means the group is already together and the celebration has started before anyone has to think about parking a car on Main.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus is built for this kind of itinerary. Built-in bar, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound system, and enough room for the whole crew to move around between stops instead of cramming into rideshares at each location. The bus handles the drive while the group keeps going, and everyone makes it back to Fountain Valley together at the end of the night.
Call 657-228-5170 to put together the bachelor or bachelorette package.

Fountain Valley Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Fountain Valley’s Vietnamese-American and Hispanic communities make milestone celebrations — quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, and milestone adult birthdays — a central part of the local social calendar. A party bus arrival at the venue is one of the most memorable entrances possible, and you can request white, black, or silver-colored buses to match your color theme and décor.
For quinceañera celebrations heading to event halls in Westminster, Garden Grove, or Santa Ana, a 25-passenger party bus fits a full court perfectly and keeps everyone together from home pickup through venue arrival. For adult milestone birthdays, the itinerary might run from dinner in Costa Mesa to a late stop at a Newport Beach rooftop — the bus handles every leg without anyone splitting off to find street parking in the Balboa Peninsula area. Younger groups celebrating Sweet 16s get the built-in structure that makes the whole night easier: one bus, one meeting point, one pickup, everyone home at the same time.
Compare options through the online tool or call 657-228-5170 to put your package together.

Fountain Valley Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Fountain Valley is a four-mile drive from the Pacific Amphitheatre at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa — which sounds easy until you factor in Warner Avenue backing up after a sold-out show and every surface lot around the fairgrounds filling two hours before gates open. The Amphitheatre seats up to 8,500 for summer concerts, and on big nights the Fair Drive approach area turns into its own parking situation. A party bus from Fountain Valley drops at the main gate and stages off-site while the show runs — no one hiking back to a remote lot after the encore.
See the Pacific Amphitheatre group transportation guide for venue-specific logistics.
Honda Center in Anaheim is 14 miles north via the I-405 to the I-5 and hosts everything from Ducks games to arena-scale touring concerts in its 18,000-seat bowl. Post-event rideshare pickups at Honda Center involve a walk from the arena and a wait in a crowd that just filed out all at once. A party bus or charter bus from Fountain Valley means your group is already together heading home before that line even forms.
Check the Honda Center group transportation guide for current drop-off and pickup access.

Fountain Valley Corporate Event Transportation
The I-405 corridor between Fountain Valley and Irvine runs through one of Orange County’s busiest commercial zones — Irvine Company office parks, business campuses along Jamboree Road, and hotel properties near John Wayne Airport that host corporate groups from across the region. Getting employees and clients between a Fountain Valley business park and a conference venue in Costa Mesa or Irvine during evening rush is a real coordination problem when everyone is in separate cars trying to converge on the same building at the same time.
A 15- to 35-passenger minibus handles most corporate runs cleanly — maneuverable on the surface streets around the Fountain Valley office parks on Ellis Avenue and Warner Avenue, comfortable enough for executive guests, and efficient enough to run multiple loops for larger headcounts. For company-wide events or off-site gatherings heading to Segerstrom Center for the Arts or a private venue in Costa Mesa, a full-size charter bus keeps the whole team on the same schedule. Call 657-228-5170 to build a corporate shuttle route around your event calendar.

Fountain Valley Private Event Transportation Services
Private events in Fountain Valley often center on Mile Square Regional Park — at 640 acres, it’s one of the largest regional parks in Orange County and draws family reunions, community events, and youth sports tournaments throughout spring and summer. On tournament weekends, the main parking area off Euclid Street fills by mid-morning. A charter bus or minibus drops your group at the field entrance and stages off-site between activity rounds, which is a completely different experience from circling the lot with a van full of gear and lawn chairs while 30 other cars do the same thing.
For larger private events heading outside Fountain Valley — a milestone birthday dinner in Newport Beach, a holiday party at a Costa Mesa venue, or a family outing to Disneyland Resort — a 40- to 56-passenger charter bus keeps the headcount together across every stop on the itinerary without juggling multiple vehicles or losing half the group at the first parking lot. Call 657-228-5170 to build a private event package around your specific date and group size.

Fountain Valley Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Fountain Valley High School and Los Amigos High School both hold prom in late April or May — right in the peak window when bus demand surges across all of Orange County. Schools from Irvine to Huntington Beach schedule their formals within the same six-week stretch, and every available bus in the county gets reserved fast. For prom from Fountain Valley: book by December or expect limited options and higher pricing come spring.
A typical prom itinerary for a Fountain Valley group — home pickups across two or three neighborhoods, a photo stop at Mile Square Regional Park or the Huntington Beach Pier, venue drop-off at a Costa Mesa ballroom or hotel, and an after-party return — runs around $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked four to six months out. Wait until March and that same package might run $2,800–$3,200 if anything is still available. Those are example figures to give you a planning baseline, not locked-in quotes.
Compare your options early and call 657-228-5170 to get the details sorted before the window closes.

Fountain Valley School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and field trip coordinators in Fountain Valley will appreciate how quickly options come together through Costamesapartybuscompany.com — compare vehicle sizes and pricing in one place, or call 657-228-5170 for help, without spending an afternoon on hold with individual bus companies.
The Discovery Cube Orange County in Santa Ana (2500 N Main St) is a short run east on Warner Avenue — a staple science destination for elementary groups across the area. The Bowers Museum in Santa Ana and longer hauls like the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles benefit from the comfort of a full charter bus: reclining seats, TVs to keep students occupied on the freeway, and climate control on a warm Orange County afternoon. For trips to the OC Fair & Event Center, the OC Fair group transportation guide covers the logistics specific to that venue and its parking.
ADA-accessible buses are available — just mention it when you request your quote.

Fountain Valley Sporting Event Transportation
Honda Center in Anaheim is the closest major arena to Fountain Valley — about 14 miles north, and on Ducks or concert nights the I-405 to I-5 interchange backs up well before the event starts. Once you exit at Katella Avenue you’re competing with thousands of fans all heading to the same surface lots and structures at the same moment. Honda Center’s official post-event rideshare zone requires a walk from the arena after the crowd exits all at once.
A charter bus or party bus from Fountain Valley skips that exit entirely — the bus is at the agreed pickup point when the final buzzer sounds and nobody is waiting in the app queue. See the Honda Center group transportation guide for current drop-off and pickup logistics before your event.
Angel Stadium (2000 Gene Autry Way, Anaheim) sits a mile east of Honda Center and draws baseball crowds on a separate calendar, but the freeway approach and parking situation run the same pattern — one bus from Fountain Valley beats four cars from four driveways every time. For groups that want the game-day energy going from the start, a party bus with a built-in bar and Bluetooth sound turns the 20-minute drive into part of the event. Call 657-228-5170 to reserve your Fountain Valley sports bus.

Fountain Valley Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding venues in the Fountain Valley orbit run from intimate garden settings in Tustin to resort ballrooms in Newport Beach and Laguna Beach — each with its own parking reality for out-of-town guests who don’t know the roads. Balboa Bay Resort on Newport Boulevard and reception venues along Coast Highway in Laguna Beach are both genuinely difficult for non-local guests to navigate on a Saturday evening when wedding traffic mixes with beach-area weekend crowds on PCH.
A wedding shuttle found through Costamesapartybuscompany.com handles guest pickup from hotel blocks in Costa Mesa or Fountain Valley and runs clean loops to the ceremony and reception venue without anyone getting turned around on unfamiliar coastal roads in formalwear after dark. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular choice for the wedding party on the day itself. For the bachelorette group, a party bus keeps the night rolling from cocktails in Costa Mesa out to the Huntington Beach main strip and back home without anyone having to stop the fun to figure out logistics.
Call 657-228-5170 for wedding transportation packages and multi-vehicle pricing.

Fountain Valley Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Orange County’s craft beer scene has grown into a legitimate full-day itinerary, and Fountain Valley puts you within easy reach of some of the region’s best taprooms. Bottle Logic Brewing in Anaheim (1072 N Armando St) has earned national recognition for barrel-aged releases and draws lines on weekend afternoons — about 15 miles north via the I-405 to the I-5. The Bruery and Stereo Brewing Company in Placentia add two more strong stops within the same general drive.
Pizza Port Brewing Company in Huntington Beach gives any tap crawl a coastal ending point that’s only minutes south of Fountain Valley down Brookhurst Street.
A party bus rental with a built-in bar handles the route between stops in one vehicle at one flat rate, so the group stays together from the first stop to the last. For wine-focused groups, the tasting rooms in the Laguna Niguel and San Juan Capistrano corridor are about 30 miles south — close enough for a comfortable afternoon run.
Call 657-228-5170 to build your Fountain Valley brewery tour or pub crawl itinerary.

How much does a party bus cost in Fountain Valley?
Party bus rental pricing in Fountain Valley varies based on vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. When is peak season for party bus rentals in Orange County?
Peak demand in Orange County stacks up across several overlapping windows: prom and homecoming season (April–May), OC Fair weekends in July, Disneyland holiday crowds (late November–December), and major Honda Center event dates throughout the year. During any of these periods, available buses fill quickly and pricing climbs. Outside peak windows, two to four weeks of lead time is generally workable — but earlier always means better selection and more competitive pricing.
Can the bus make multiple stops on the same trip?
Yes. Multi-stop itineraries are common — pickups at multiple Fountain Valley addresses, stops at several venues through the evening, and a staggered drop-off route home. Include your full itinerary when you request a quote so drive time and routing are factored into the pricing.
Call 657-228-5170 for help mapping out the logistics on more complex trips.
Does Costamesapartybuscompany.com own the vehicles listed on this website?
No. Costamesapartybuscompany.com does not own or operate any vehicles. The website is a comparison platform for transportation providers serving your area, giving you multiple options to compare rather than a single quote from a single source.
Popular Fountain Valley Party Bus Destinations
Fountain Valley sits within easy reach of some of Orange County’s most-visited parks, arenas, entertainment venues, and event centers. Here’s a look at where Fountain Valley groups most often head, with the ground-level logistics you’ll want to know before the bus rolls out.

Mile Square Regional Park
Mile Square Regional Park (16801 Euclid St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708) covers 640 acres in the center of Fountain Valley, with two 18-hole public golf courses, four fishing lakes, soccer fields, softball diamonds, volleyball courts, and picnic areas that book up fast on spring and summer weekends. Youth sports tournaments fill the fields throughout the season, and on tournament days the main parking area off Euclid Street fills by mid-morning with teams, families, and gear. A bus drops your group at the appropriate field entrance and stages off-site instead of circling the Euclid Street lot with 30 other vehicles carrying equipment and snacks.
The park’s main vehicle access sits on Euclid Street between Heil Avenue and Edinger Avenue. Address: 16801 Euclid St, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. Phone: (714) 973-6615.

OC Fair & Event Center
OC Fair & Event Center (88 Fair Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) is four miles from central Fountain Valley and hosts the annual Orange County Fair each July — more than 1.3 million visitors across a four-week run that fills every surface lot near the fairgrounds and backs up Fair Drive for miles on weekend evenings. The Pacific Amphitheatre inside the grounds runs a full summer concert season alongside the fair, with national acts filling the 8,500-seat bowl through August. Parking runs $10–$15 per car and fills long before showtime.
A bus from Fountain Valley drops at the main gate and skips the lot scramble. See the full OC Fair group transportation guide for logistics before your visit. Phone: (714) 708-1500.

Disneyland Resort
Disneyland Resort (1313 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92802) is about 15 miles northeast of Fountain Valley — a 20-minute run up the I-405 to the SR-22 east in off-peak traffic, and considerably longer on summer weekends when every family in Southern California has the same destination in mind. Non-Disney motorcoaches use the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC) on Harbor Boulevard as the designated drop-off, and your group rides the monorail or ferry across to the parks per Disney’s own resort transportation guidance. Resort parking structures start at $35 per car — a charter bus carrying 40 guests is one flat rate against a large stack of individual tickets.
See the Disneyland Resort group transportation guide for full approach details. Phone: (714) 781-4565.

Honda Center
Honda Center (2695 E Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92806) is 14 miles north of Fountain Valley and hosts Anaheim Ducks games, major touring concerts, and arena events year-round in an 18,000-seat bowl that draws fans from across Orange County. On sold-out nights, the Katella Avenue approach from the I-5 sees heavy traffic converging from multiple directions, and post-event rideshare pickup requires a walk from the arena and a wait in a crowd filing out all at once. A bus from Fountain Valley drops your group at the appropriate gate and is staged and waiting at the agreed pickup point when the event ends — no surge pricing, no post-show walk to an off-site zone.
The Honda Center group transportation guide covers current drop-off and pickup access. Phone: (714) 704-2500.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts
Segerstrom Center for the Arts (600 Town Center Dr, Costa Mesa, CA 92626) is about five miles from central Fountain Valley and home to Broadway touring productions, the Pacific Symphony, and Segerstrom Concert Hall performances year-round. The Town Center Drive parking structure fills fast on curtain nights, and street parking in the surrounding Town Center area has time-limited spots that run out before most shows end. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus handles the short run from Fountain Valley perfectly — drop at the main plaza entrance on Town Center Drive and stage off-site through intermission.
See the Segerstrom Center group transportation guide for current drop-off details. Phone: (714) 556-2787.

Huntington Beach Pier & Main Street
Huntington Beach’s Pier Plaza and Main Street are a short drive south from Fountain Valley down Brookhurst Street or Magnolia Street — and on any summer weekend, every PCH beach lot fills early while the city enforces time-limited parking along most of Main. Bars, restaurants, and beachside spots line the strip from the pier to 5th Street, and a group trying to move between venues while tracking meters and coordinating pickup logistics loses time at every stop. A party bus from Fountain Valley handles all of that: drops the group on Main Street, stages nearby, and returns at whatever time the group decides — no one is counting minutes on a parking meter.
Address: Main Street & Pacific Coast Hwy, Huntington Beach, CA 92648. Phone: (714) 536-5511.
